We always plan to arrive 2 to 3 hours before your event begins. While our actual setup typically takes about an hour, we genuinely value that extra time — it allows us to ensure everything is perfect, coordinate with your other vendors, and account for the unexpected.

Do you charge travel or breakdown fees?

Our travel fee applies only to events located over 50 miles from our base in Elk Grove, CA. For events within that 50-mile radius, travel is free. Any additional hour is $50.00. And great news — we don't have a separate breakdown fee! All setup and teardown time is already included in your package pricing.

Yes, we are fully insured. This protects both our business and provides peace of mind for your venue and guests in the unlikely event of an accident or unforeseen circumstance. We're happy to provide our Certificate of Insurance to the venue upon request.

How does the deposit and payment work?

The deposit varies depending on the event and is due immediately to secure the date with your DJ. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event date. You can make payments in person or on your client portal using Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit card, debit card, or Venmo.
